Gemma is excited to be working for Encore Choirs as manager! Working alongside her partner, Josh, to deliver a efficient and fun business for those who love to sing!
Gemma is passionate to ensure our members have the most fun and get the best experience at Encore Choirs, and hopes to see growing choirs, with blossoming friendships. Gemma is there for any general enquires that new or existing members have, as well as ensuring a smooth running business.
Gemma has been involved in choirs throughout her life starting at the age of four in primary school. She has been involved in local community choirs and helped Josh in his previous choirs by singing in the alto line! She has been a part of many stage productions including titles such as; A Christmas Carol and Godspell. As well as performing, she has worked as a lighting technician and had experience in sound. Gemma is enjoying the challenge of setting up this new choir with Josh as she loves administration. She is the administrator of a church in Portsmouth, and has a love for all things spreadsheets and lists! She is also a lover of all things Christmas so if you want to know her musical taste, please listen to Michael Buble’s christmas album even if its the middle of summer.
